Your feedback is important
A good relationship is at the heart of any procedure. Honesty and integrity creates safety. Independent emotional support helps create improved public/practitioner relationships.
Top 10 reasons for Independent Emotional Support

Integrated support

Join our Campaign
Your Donations keep us going.

Without your donations we can't make it a service that everyone can be proud of.

What do we need?

The idea that counselling is only there when something goes wrong is an out-dated idea within the forward looking cosmetic industry.

From start to finish, the cosmetic experience is emotional. Separating advertising from education can only help to improve and benefit the industry.

Benefits of Independent Support

Many campaigns exist in patient safety groups but we are the original independent non-profit site exclusively for cosmetic patients.  Many support groups are sadly no more than PR exercises and have more form than content. We are different. We are passionate in creating a better brighter future for cosmetic patients as a result of support from industry, government, surgeons, non-surgical groups and patients.... oh and ... us!

Good communication is key - Contact us

Many surgeons have told us how difficult it is for them to introduce the subject of counselling. They shouldn't have to. That is our job but we need YOUR support to make it work well.

Cosmetic procedures are emotional.

Patients need to be well-informed to achieve realistic expectations.

Well-Informed patients with Realistic Expectations

Well-informed patients with realistic expectations are the way forward in future patient safety.

Pre-&Post-Op Counselling

Cosmetic procedures are emotional.
Patients need to be well-informed to achieve realistic expectations.

We provide face-to-face, phone/Skype/Facetime support but we need 24 hour support lines for patients to discuss their experiences. Please help us make that a reality.

We need our own dedicated chatrooms on the site for patients.

The All Party Parliamentary Group on Body Image have recognised our work here on pages 5, 45 and 54: http://www.ncb.org.uk/media/861233/appg_body_image_final.pdf
